Laurelhurst lot may get 50 units

SEATTLE — The Bicycle Center shop and apartments, at 4529 Sand Point Way N.E., were extensively damaged in a 2005 arson spree. The shop closed in 2015, and the vacant building was razed the following year.

The 16,391-square-foot triangular property, just south of the Burke-Gilman Trail, has been offered at $3.45 million for about three months by Michael Doyle and Patrick Chinn of Windermere Real Estate. Its status is now listed as pending.
