Alliance plans 3 buildings on prime Bellevue corner

  • The complex would have a 22-story residential tower for seniors and two seven-story apartment buildings across from the future East Main light rail station.

    An old Bellevue office building on the corner at 11100 Main St. sold two years ago for almost $18 million. Now a redevelopment plan has emerged, and Alliance Residential confirmed it has the property under contract.

    Alliance, with Encore Architects, is planning three new buildings over a shared podium, to be called Broadstone Bellevue Gateway. A 22-story tower would be for independent senior living. Two seven-story companion buildings are described as apartments.
