New design tweaks for ‘mama,' ‘baby' towers

The towers could have a total of up to 540 condos. Around 6,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space is planned.

Pinnacle Plus and Plus Capital own the midblock site at 1516 Second Ave., where they're planning the so-called Mama and Baby condominium towers, with around 518 units.
