Weingarten buys Covington retail

By JOURNAL STAFF

COVINGTON — The Covington Esplanade retail center, at 27027 185th Ave. S.E. in Covington, has sold for a bit over $37.3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Covington Esplanade LLC, associated with Clarion Partners, which acquired the property in 2012 for about $31.2 million.
