SEATTLE — Vacant land at 4529 Sand Point Way N.E. has sold for $3.5 million, according to King County records. The buyer was Shilshole Development. As the DJC first reported last week, that firm is planning to build about 50 units over retail space.
Michael Doyle and Patrick Chinn of Windermere Real Estate represented the seller, who acquired the property $1.6 million in 2008. The Bicycle Center shop and apartments were razed in 2016.
