Tacoma furniture warehouse sold

TACOMA — The Emerald Home Furnishings property, at 3025 Pioneer Way E. in Tacoma, sold for $20 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Emerald Real Estate LLC, which acquired the property in 2005 for about $8 million.
