Modular tower eyed for Belltown corner

SEATTLE — As expected, a development site at 303 Battery St. has sold to the developers planning an innovative “kit of parts” residential tower on the property.

King County recorded the $5.8 million sale on Friday to 303 Battery LLC, associated with Renova Capital Partners of Denver. Renova is a partner in Sustainable Living Innovations with CollinsWoerman.
