Rise makes another big apartment purchase — this time in Kirkland

Guardian Life Insurance Co. sold the 211-unit complex for $101.5 million.

On a buying tear, Rise Properties Trust announced yet another multifamily acquisition: the 211-unit Salix Juanita Village, at 9740 N.E. 119th Way in Kirkland, which traded for $101.5 million.
