Redmond warehouse is sold for $12M

REDMOND — The K1 Speed indoor go-kart facility, in a warehouse at 2207 Bel-Red Road in Redmond, sold for a bit over $12.2 million, according to King County records.

The buyer was Overlake 152nd LLC, which is associated with Winson Investment of Bellevue and Beijing. Public records indicate a loan from Cathay Bank.
