95-unit apartment building breaks ground in Uptown

R. Miller Inc. is building the six-story project, which will include two restaurant spaces.

Demolition is underway at 417 Second Ave. W. in Uptown, where a 1960s office building will be replaced with a six-story, 95-unit apartment building.
