Seattle mobile home park sells for $10M, but no new development is planned

Halcyon Mobile Home Park, at 12233 Ashworth Ave. N., has sold for $10.4 million, according to King County records. The seller was a family trust that had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Halcyon MHP LLC, which is associated with West Coast Mobile Home Parks Inc. of San Francisco. Public records indicate a loan from Northern Trust Co.
