Unico snaps up another piece of an assemblage in Pioneer Square

Unico bought the Casco Antiguo building on Occidental Avenue South for $2.5 million. The developer has not said what it plans do with the property or with the surrounding properties it owns.

The Casco Antiguo building, at 115 Occidental Ave. S. in Pioneer Square, has sold for $2.5 million, according to King County records. The buyer was a California LLC associated with Unico Properties, which this fall began assembling most of the half block bounded by Occidental, Yesler Way, South Washington Street and the alley to the west.
