CIM Group buys Hilton garage

SEATTLE — The Hilton parking garage, at 1301 Sixth Ave., has sold for a little under $42.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was PF Seattle Hilton LLC, associated with Barings and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors of Connecticut, which acquired the property in 2015 for almost $45.4 million.
