In a deal between two large institutional investors, the office towers and garage at the Bravern in downtown Bellevue, at 11025 and 11155 N.E. Eighth St., have sold for a little over $585 million. The seller was Bravern Bellevue LLC, associated with Principal Real Estate Investors, which acquired the offices in 2010 for $410 million.
