Ballard corner site sells for $3.6M

SEATTLE — A corner development site at 6416 15th Ave. N.W. has sold for a bit over $3.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ballard 15th Ave LLC, an entity of developer Curt Pryde, which acquired the property in 2016 for almost $1.7 million. Pryde and Clark Barnes have taken a five-story, 60-unit apartment plan most of the way through the permit process.
