Southend apartment complex sells to developer

FEDERAL WAY — The Silver Shadow Apartments, at 27606 Pacific Hwy. S., have sold for a little under $25.7 million, according to King County records. The seller was Silver Shadow Real Estate Holdings LLC, which acquired the property in 2008 for about $13.4 million.

The buyer was Silver Shadows Housing Partners LLLP, which is associated with affordable housing specialist Shelter Resources of Bellevue.
