    A preliminary design by Weinstein AU includes cafe space and 25,000 square feet for the Mercer Island Center for the Arts.

    The city of Mercer Island has paid $2 million for a transit-oriented development site at 7810 S.E. 27th St. King County recorded the sale of the former Tully's triangle just before Christmas.
