AvalonBay buys Alderwood site; 328 units and retail planned

The development would have two six-story buildings and 64,000 square feet of retail.

An LLC related to AvalonBay Communities recently paid about $3.4 million for a condominium portion of a building site at 118600 Alderwood Mall Parkway, on the west side of that street on mall property. Snohomish County recorded the December sale last week.
