GGLO to unveil plans for Belltown tower

The 18-story building would have a setback at the seventh floor along Cedar Street to maintain a view corridor.

Saratoga Capital is planning to develop an 18-story apartment tower on a corner site it owns at 2616 Western Ave. in Belltown.
