The 7-Eleven-anchored strip mall at 100 Bellevue Way S.E. last traded in 1996 for $618,000. King County now assesses its value at over $11 million. Public records indicate it's owned by trusts associated with the Deutsch family, possibly still in a partnership with the Rodgers family.
Now an attorney for the ownership has filed an application with the city of Bellevue to change its current split zoning — office and mixed-use — to a uniform mixed-use.
