Community group hopes to break ground this year on 158 low-income apartments, more in 2021

  • Developments are planned next to Pacific Tower on Beacon Hill and east of Yesler Terrace.

    The first phase of SCIDpda’s North Lot development on Beacon Hill will have 160 family-sized apartments. The gray building to its left is planned for a second phase.
