Mirra makes plans for Kirkland units

KIRKLAND — Mirra Homes of Bellevue has paid about $4.6 million to assemble a site at 203 First Ave S., about one block east of the downtown Kirkland commercial strip.

With Medici Architects, Mirra is planning a 22-unit townhouse-style development. It'll extend from First to Second avenues south, on a site totaling 19,284 square feet. It's east across Second Street South from the Portsmith Condominiums.
