New redevelopment plan for pho spot in Columbia City

  • Cyzner Properties paid almost $3 million in early 2019 for the site at 4740 Rainier Ave. S. The first design review meeting is set for March 24.

    The five-story apartment building would have 74 units and street-level retail. The courtyard would face north toward a separate 242-unit project planned by Wood Partners.
