GMD buys apartment site in Fremont for $8M

The four-story, 151-unit project received its master use permit nearly a year ago. Apartments will be affordable to renters making up to 60% of area median income.

Affordable housing specialist GMD Development has paid over $7.5 million for a mostly entitled 151-unit apartment project at 909 N. 39th St. King County recorded the sale on Friday.
