Cielo tower sells to NY investor for $175M

The 32-story apartment building opened in early 2015 on First Hill.

The Cielo apartment tower, at 800 Seneca St. in Seattle, sold late last month for $174.5 million, according to JLL, whose David Young and Corey Marx brokered the deal.
