Condos planned for $12M site on Kirkland waterfront

BDR of Bellevue says its nine units will be Kirkland’s first new waterfront condos in over 20 years.

A long-vacant waterfront development site at 6211 Lake Washington Blvd. N.E. in Kirkland has sold for a little over $11.8 million, according to King County records.
