Work set to start on Tukwila TOD units

    Bellwether Housing’s $40.49 million project, called The Confluence, is slated to finish in 2021.

    Bellwether Housing announced plans to break ground early next week on The Confluence, a 103-unit low-income apartment development at 3481 S. 152nd St. in Tukwila.
