SummerHill gets OK for units by Bel-Red station

The C-shaped building will have a courtyard facing the Bel-Red/130th light rail station, which begins service 2023.

The city of Bellevue has approved the design for 249 units being planned by SummerHill Apartment Communities at 1600 132nd Ave. N.E., in the Bel-Red area.
