CTE takes space in Sumner warehouse

SUMNER — Colliers announced that its Bill Condon and Matt McGregor have signed CTE Warehousing for the planned Building A at Bertch Capital Partners' Sumner Ridge development, at 3800 West Valley Highway E.

CTE will take 116,600 square feet in the complex, which is now under construction. Jeff Forsberg of NAI Puget Sound Properties represented the tenant.
