Apartments and retail planned for downtown Mercer Island

The four-story apartment building will have about 10,700 square feet of retail/commercial space.

Last month the city of Mercer Island said that a SEPA determination of non-significance is expected for an apartment project at 2885 78th Ave. S.E. The project is now in design review.
