Everett hotel trades for $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

EVERETT — A La Quinta Inn by Wyndham, at 12619 Fourth Ave. W. in Everett, sold for $7.9 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Tristar Hospitality LLC, which acquired the property in 2007 for $3.7 million.
