Puyallup trailer park sells for $9M

By JOURNAL STAFF

PUYALLUP — Town & County Mobile Manor, at 5616 113th Ave. E., has sold for $9.1 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was local firm Town & Country Mobile Manor LLC, which had owned the property for decades.

The buyer was Liberty Village LLC, associated with a family investor group in Yakima, and an Ellensburg investor.
