STS buys West Seattle development site, with 49 apartments planned

The proposal includes five stories and 2,500 square feet of commercial space.

A vacant commercial property 9201 Delridge Way S.W. sold late last month for $2.1 million, according to King County records. The seller was local investor/developer Harry Arsene, who acquired the property in 2017 for $760,000. He had previously planned a self-storage facility on the corner and, more recently, a five-story apartment building.
