65 units proposed for Alki waterfront site

Between 2014 and 2017, using LLCs, Eastside investor Jia Niu paid about $8.1 million to assemble a row of old houses on the north tip of West Seattle.

Now there's a redevelopment proposal for 1116 Alki Ave S.W., which spans six parcels between the existing Point Nautica condominium and the nearly or recently completed Pinnacle at Alki condos.
