Bellwether, Mercy Housing break ground on $105M Cedar Crossing development

The 254-unit project in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood will be open to people making up to 60% of area median income.

Bellwether Housing and Mercy Housing Northwest said they are breaking ground this week on Cedar Crossing, a 254-apartment affordable housing development at 6600 Roosevelt Way N.E. adjacent to the future Roosevelt light rail station.
