35 Rainier Valley units planned

SEATTLE — Property owner Northwest Investment LLC has filed a new apartment plan at 3320 Claremont Ave. S. The old four-plex to be removed is a short walk north to Mount Baker Station.

Public47 Architects describes a four-story building with 35 units and no parking. A bike room would have 35 stalls. The project is now going through administrative design review. Units average around 543 square feet.
