LIHI plans 170 units near Othello Station

SEATTLE — Runberg Architecture Group has filed an early plan for a Low Income Housing Institute property south of Othello Station, at 7544 Martin Luther King Jr. Way S.

The plan is for a seven-story building with 170 units and 20 parking stalls. The garage entrance would be on the east side of the through-block property, which extends to Renton Avenue South.
