116 Green Lake units face second design review

The proposed apartments will be just a few steps east of Green Lake.

A 55-year-old office building at 444 N.E. Ravenna Blvd. is gradually nearing demolition. A new apartment building is planned to replace it, though the land will not be sold. Longtime owner Flatiron Properties and CenturyPacific are planning a seven-story, 116-unit project. The building, designed by Johnston Architects, is now in administrative design review.
