Beacon Hill apartment project readies for site clearing

Beacon Crossing will be a few steps north of the light rail station.

Four years after acquiring a site near Beacon Hill Station for $2.2 million, the developer of Beacon Crossing has filed for demolition permits at 2505 Beacon Ave. S. The old buildings are now home to Carnita Michoacan and Esperanza de Seattle grocery.
