80 units planned for Loyal Heights site

Two live-work units and an 845-square-foot commercial space would face 15th Avenue Northwest.

Cone Architecture is working with the owner of a midblock property at 7705 15th Ave. N.W. in Loyal Heights on a five-story, 80-unit redevelopment plan. The proposal has an administrative design review with the city of Seattle this month.
