147 Aurora units planned

SEATTLE — A Shoreline family has long owned a vacant former motel at 8838 Nesbit Ave. N., plus the house next door. The property extends south from the corner of North 90th Street, one block east of Aurora Avenue North.

Now the family, with Rutledge Maul Architects, has filed to redevelop with a five-story, 147-unit apartment building. It's a likely first step to selling, though the 25,625-square-foot property isn't publicly listed.
