Last year, in a property swap between Regency Centers and the Sears-related REIT Seritage Growth Properties, Regency took over the vacant former Sears Auto Center at 2010 148th Ave. N.E. in the Overlake area of Redmond. (Seritage has a major mixed-use plan in the works.)
Regency didn't announce its plans at the time. But, as The Seattle Times reported earlier this month, Amazon disclosed on its website that its second local Amazon Go Grocery would take the space.
