SEATTLE — Two years ago, an Eastside investor paid $575,000 for a single family house at 1208 N. Allen Place. The property was upzoned last year, and now there's a plan to redevelop with a five-story, 20-unit apartment building.
B9 Architects filed the plan for the 3,400-suare-foot midblock property, which is a block south of the North 45th Street commercial strip, and west of Stone Way North.
