Panorama: 63 new homes in Issaquah

Lungren Homes and JR Hayes are developing Panorama, a new single-family development at the 630-acre Talus in Issaquah. The partners are planning 63 homes ranging from 3,100 to 4,100 square feet, with three to six bedrooms and 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms. Prices are expected to range from $1.5 million to $2.2 million. The first model home, dubbed Vista, will open next month. Construction is now underway on others, with the first home expected to finish in September.
