Eastside offices sell for $8M

BELLEVUE — A small business park at 12230-1230 Northup Way in Bellevue sold for $8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Pine Forest Business Parks LLC, which had owned the land for decades and likely developed it in 1980. Pine Forest is the investment and development arm of the Burnstead family.
