Panattoni buys industrial site

By JOURNAL STAFF

PUYALLUP — Almost 10 acres of agricultural land near 2600 E. Main St. in Puyallup sold late last month for just under $8.6 million, according to Pierce County records.

The buyer was CH Realty IX-JV I Puyallup Logistics LP, associated with Panattoni, which is planning a new 199,200-square-foot industrial building.
