Blue Origin pays $5M for Arlington industrial land

SmartCap’s Buildings A and B, under construction, are north of Blue Origin’s planned Building C.

A 6.2-acre future development site at 6200 188th St. N.E. in Arlington sold late last month for just over $5.1 million, according to Snohomish County records. The buyer was Casting Operations LLC, which is associated with Blue Origin, the space exploration company founded by Jeff Bezos.
