EverWest pays $29.5M for Renton industrial property

The seller will lease back about half the building; another 82,313 square feet, including 13,440 square feet of offices, are available.

A warehouse/distribution facility at 851 S.W. 34th St. in Renton has sold for $29.5 million, according to King County records. The buyer was an LLC related to EverWest Real Estate Investors, which had announced the pending deal.
