188 Capitol Hill units planned

SEATTLE — A prospective buyer has filed an eight-story, 188-unit redevelopment plan at 121 11th Ave. E, on the block directly east of Capitol Hill Station.

Hybrid Architecture prepared the plan, which would remove three old houses — one of them being the 11th Ave Inn Bed & Breakfast.
