158 Eastside units sell for $49M

NEWCASTLE — The new Notch Apartments, at 13800 Newcastle Golf Club Road in Newcastle, sold for a little under $48.9 million, according to King County records.

The seller was GRE Newcastle II LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the land in 2015 for $4 million, then developed it.
